By accessing or using Affiliate OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Affiliate OS is provided for lawful content creation purposes. You agree not to use the platform to generate, store, or distribute content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. You are responsible for the content you create using the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
The service uses third-party AI providers (including Google Vertex AI / Gemini and OpenAI) to generate images, video, and text. AI output is provided as-is and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the legality and accuracy of any AI output before publishing or using it commercially. You will not use the service to create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate others, or produce misleading, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful synthetic media.
You may upload photos — including face/avatar photos — to generate videos featuring that likeness. You represent and warrant that, for every image you upload, you own it or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use that person's likeness for this purpose, and you confirm this when you upload. You will not upload images of any person (a) without their permission or (b) who is under 18. You are solely responsible for your uploads and for any claim arising from the use of a likeness you did not have the right to use, and you agree to indemnify Affiliate OS against such claims.
Affiliate OS is intended for affiliate and promotional content. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable advertising laws and platform rules, including the U.S. FTC's endorsement guidelines and equivalents in your jurisdiction — for example, clearly disclosing paid/affiliate relationships (such as "#ad" or "#sponsored") and, where appropriate, that content is AI-generated. We do not provide legal advice; consult a professional if you are unsure of your obligations.
Affiliate OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any claims related to AI output or the use of uploaded likenesses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
